At the beginning of July, MILSET Europe main event: the Expo-Sciences Europe 2010 joined with the All-Russia fair NTTM regrouping for an incredible week about 1000 projects and 1800 participants and smiling organisers into a high-tech hall at the Moscow Exhibition Centre (VVC).
Beside the projects presentation and the cultural and social activities, a place was given to the delegation leaders, teachers and representatives to meet and exchange about their best practice stressing on our opportunities to grow together.
The ESE was the host of the MILSET Europe General Assembly 2010 where we welcomed 2 new members: the Instituto de Ciencia e Investigación Juvenil de Aragón (ICIJA, Spain) and Jeugd, Cultuur en Wetenschap (JCW, Belgium) as well as 4 new partners: the Cosmicus Foundation (CF, Netherlands), the London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF, United Kingdom), the Ŝtátny inštitút odborného vzdelávania (SIOV, Slovakia) and the Center for Science Education and Training (CSET, Romania).
The General Assembly was also the time for the election of a new Executive Committee composed of Antoine van Ruymbeke (Belgium, President), Alberto Pieri (Italy, Vice President), Pierre Gallego (Luxembourg, General Secretary), Alain Tournier (France, Treasurer), Ksenia Salnikova (Russia, SYV Coordinator), Gonçalo Pimentel (Portugal, Fundraising Coordinator), Bruno Götzens (Spain) which will work together with many other volunteers at the development of our Movement in Europe and its capacity in offering always more opportunities to everyone.

Expo-Sciences Europe 2010
The ESE 2010 was held few weeks ago in Moscow, Russia. You might have been there or you'd just like to discover this great event. You want to keep in touch with the participants?
This is also the time to work on the preparation of the ESE 2012
It's summer time! Soon will start the new scholar year and together with it your programme of activities.
Since last summer, MILSET has set a document to promote and give a vitrine to all activities and you are invited to provide us with the information about your main activities.
They will also be published on MILSET website and MILSET Facebook group.
The MILSET Science Photo Contest 2010 closed on 1st July. The objective of 500 pictures was reached! The results will be published on 1st September and the next edition will be launched on 1st February. Get ready!
The new MILSET Europe Executive Committee hold official meetings on 1st and 2nd July in Moscow, Russia and on 29th July online.
For the 2nd year, MILSET Europe was associated at the project: "At Home in Europe: On the path of the Erasmus citizens-reporters" which aims at promoting European initiative. This edition, the movie shooted in an AMD club in Czech Republic and during the Belgian Expo-Sciences is giving a nice vitrine to our activities.
MILSET Europe Executive Committee is undertaking a series of missions to work at the development of the Movement, the activities and the connection with the organisations.

- In July: at CIJI (ICIJA, Zaragossa, Spain) and at LIYSF (London, UK)
